Terms of Service

1. Service Description

gadsanalysis.com provides a Google Ads Audit Bundle service. For a one-off payment of £650, you receive:

• A comprehensive Google Ads Audit Report (scored, graded A-F)
• A phased Implementation Plan with week-by-week actions
• A Landing Page CRO Audit with blueprint wireframe

The audit focuses on Google Search campaigns. Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and Video campaigns are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

2. What You Provide

To complete the audit, you must:

• Provide your Google Ads Customer ID during checkout
• Complete the intake form with your website URL and business goals
• Grant read-only access to your Google Ads account within 7 days of purchase

If read-only access is not granted within 14 days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus Stripe processing fees.

3. Delivery

The audit bundle will be delivered to your email within 5 business days of receiving read-only access to your Google Ads account. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

If we need additional time (for example, if your account is unusually large or complex), we will notify you and provide a revised delivery date.

4. Refund Policy - 10x ROI Guarantee

We guarantee that the audit will identify at least 10 times its cost (£6,500) in quantifiable improvements to your Google Ads account.

If we do not identify at least £6,500 in savings or improvement opportunities, you are entitled to a full refund. The following conditions apply:

• The guarantee applies to accounts spending £3,000 or more per month on Google Search campaigns
• The refund must be requested within 30 days of audit delivery
• To request a refund, email den@gadsanalysis.com with your order details
• Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days

For accounts spending less than £3,000/month, the guarantee does not apply. However, if you feel the audit did not provide value, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property

The audit reports delivered to you are for your use only. You may share them with your team, agency, or contractors for the purpose of implementing the recommendations.

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the audit methodology, templates, or reports. The audit framework, scoring system, and analysis methodology remain the intellectual property of gadsanalysis.com.

6. Limitations

• The audit provides recommendations based on data analysis. Results depend on your implementation and market conditions.
• We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., a specific CPA or conversion rate).
• Projected savings and improvements are estimates based on historical data and industry benchmarks.
• We access your account in read-only mode and do not make any changes to your campaigns, settings, or account structure.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all account data, performance metrics, and business information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties or use it for any purpose other than delivering the audit service.

We may use anonymised, aggregated data (with no identifying information) in case studies or marketing materials. If we wish to reference your business by name, we will seek your written permission first.

8. Account Access

We request read-only access only. We will never:

• Make changes to your campaigns, keywords, ads, or settings
• Share your account access with third parties
• Use your account data for purposes other than the audit

Read-only access will be removed within 30 days of delivering the audit unless you request otherwise.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
